Hello! We are Greg and Yalonda Harvin, founders and co-owners of Harvin Homes, LLC. With over 20 years of customer service between us, as well as extensive experience in the real estate industry, we are eager to help YOU realize your goals!

We offer a full spectrum of services – everything to assist you in buying, selling, or renting residential real estate. What truly sets us apart, however, is our specialty expertise in working with first-time home-buyers. Our experience in working with many first-time buyers has given us valuable insights into the types of information and resources that these clients truly require, such as which types of payment assistance programs they can access. We are even VHDA qualified to teach first-time home-buyer classes, which we host monthly!

As a family-oriented team, we are keenly attuned to the fact that the process of buying, selling, or renting a home affects the entire family, and that every member’s needs are important. We understand the complexities of a relocation – including a long-distance or military relocation – and work to ease your stress and make the process as hassle-free as possible.
